Estelle is a Registered Nurse and Co-Director of Juvenil Essence. With years of experience in acute medical and surgical nursing, Estelle decided in 2015, alongside her daughter Alex, to embark on a career in cosmetic nursing.
Estelle completed her cosmetic nursing course through the CPD Institute in Melbourne and has since earned a postgraduate certificate in Cosmetic Nursing from ACN. Passionate about her career, Estelle has undertaken advanced training both overseas and in Australia.
At Juvenil Essence, Estelle, together with Alex, mentors and guides the nursing team, ensuring that professional standards are upheld and that practices remain current.

ALEX.
Alex completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2012, gaining extensive experience in emergency and surgical nursing. Working in these high-pressure clinical environments strengthened her assessment skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering safe patient care.
In 2015, she pursued further studies in cosmetic nursing, which ultimately led to the creation of Juvenil Essence. Since then, Alex has continued to build on her qualifications through ongoing education and advanced training with experienced cosmetic practitioners and plastic surgeons, both in Australia and internationally.
In 2020, Alex completed a Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing, further formalising her qualifications in the aesthetic field. She mentors the nursing team at Juvenil Essence, supporting their professional development and maintaining a focus on ongoing education and clinical best practices within the clinic.

Our Practice Manager, Ashlee, is here to welcome you to Juvenil Essence. With extensive experience in client management and customer service, Ashlee ensures your visit to the clinic is smooth and well-organised. She has completed her Bachelor of Business, providing valuable expertise in managing clinic operations efficiently.

Claire began her career as a registered nurse in 2014 at a busy metropolitan hospital. Shortly thereafter, she discovered her passion for cosmetic nursing and has since worked across both fields for many years. To further her skills, Claire completed her postgraduate degree in cosmetic nursing, solidifying her knowledge in the field.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Claire now helps upskill and mentor other nurses, ensuring that all clients receive the highest quality and safest care. Her commitment to excellence and education makes her an invaluable asset to the Juvenil Essence team.

ASHLEIGH.
Ashleigh is a Registered Nurse at Juvenil Essence, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The Australian Catholic University. Her undergraduate training established a strong clinical foundation in patient assessment, evidence-based practice, and the delivery of safe, high-quality care.
Ashleigh completed her postgraduate degree in cosmetic nursing. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and has attended advanced training programs and industry conferences led by experienced aesthetic professionals.
Ashleigh has also served as a mentor to many Registered Nurses, supporting and guiding nurses across Australia as they developed their knowledge and skills within the cosmetic field.

Alicia (Ali) is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree from Swinburne University. She has a strong clinical foundation, including extensive experience in Neonatal Care, which has shaped her advanced assessment skills, attention to detail, and commitment to best-practice standards.
Now practising in Cosmetic Nursing, Alicia has completed comprehensive cosmetic training and has undertaken extensive advanced education through the CPD Institute.

Chloe is a Registered Nurse who graduated from Monash University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Nursing. Since completing her degree, she has built a strong and diverse clinical foundation through extensive experience in both the emergency and community health sectors. Working in these fast-paced and patient-focused environments has strengthened her clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and ability to deliver safe, evidence-based care across a broad range of presentations.
Driven to expand her scope of practice, Chloe undertook additional advanced training through the CPD Institute Melbourne, where she developed comprehensive knowledge in cosmetic nursing. Her education included detailed study of facial anatomy, consultation and assessment processes, treatment planning, and cosmetic safety protocols.

Meet Kerryn, the friendly face who has been welcoming clients to Juvenil Essence since 2021. Known for her warm energy and approachable personality, Kerryn ensures every client feels right at home from the moment they walk through the door. Her natural ability to connect with people makes her an integral part of our team and the heartbeat of our front desk.
Outside of the clinic, Kerryn is also a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach at WoodfordSSC, bringing the same drive, discipline, and passion to her coaching as she does to her role at Juvenil Essence. Whether she’s managing the day-to-day operations or supporting your wellness journey, Kerryn is committed to creating a seamless and positive experience every step of the way.
