No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

UNDER NO CONDITIONS WILL YOUR DEPOSIT BE REFUNDED.
If your appointment is required to be rescheduled, your deposit will be TRANSFERRED to a NEW appointment time and under no circumstance will it be refunded. If you need to reschedule your appointment please email admin@juvenilessence.com or text 0434 498 477. Rescheduling within 24 hours will forfeit the booking deposit.
If you have any illness, including Covid-19, or any vaccinations within 2 weeks of your appointment please let us know. We need to ensure we wait a minimum 2 weeks to avoid complications. All patients must be over 18, not pregnant or breastfeeding.
Due to patient safety it is unfortunate that we cannot allow babies, children or extras into the treatment room.
