TREATMENT AREAS
The most common problem areas treated with anti-wrinkle injections include; frown lines, forehead lines and crows feet however this product can also be used for procedures such as softening chin dimples, teeth grinding, hyperhydrosis and brow lift treatments.
The area to be treated is cleaned with antiseptic and all make-up or topical ointments are removed.
Anti wrinkle treatment involves a number of small injections into the targeted muscle groups. Numbing cream may be applied, however is not always necessary as the level of discomfort is low.
The skin may appear raised at the injections sites and can last up to 10-15 minutes post treatment. The skin is then cleaned with antiseptic to prevent any risk of infection at the injection site.
Aftercare instructions include staying upright for four hours post treatment and avoiding alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24-48 hrs.
For two weeks following treatment avoid facials, saunas, massages, waxing/threading, dermabrasion etc.
EFFECTS
May include itching, redness and bruising at the injection site.
Uncommon side effects can include local muscle weakness such as drooping eyelids or eyebrows, swollen eyelids, skin tightness and headaches.

Some areas treated with dermal fillers can cause minor discomfort, therefore numbing cream is applied by our practitioners prior to treatment. Not all Dermal Filler treatments require the use of numbing aids minimal discomfort is experienced.
The area to be treated is cleaned with antiseptic and makeup and/or topical ointments are removed before treatment.
For 24 hours post procedure avoid excessive exercise, alcohol, massaging or putting excessive pressure on the treated area. Facials, waxing, massages etc should be avoided for two weeks following treatment.
Please do not apply make up for a minimum of 4 hours post treatment and keep the area clean during this time.
