Director
Estelle is a registered nurse and co-director of Juvenil Essence. Estelle has years of nursing experience in acute medical and surgical nursing. Estelle decided in 2015 with her daughter Alex to start their cosmetic nursing career together.
Estelle completed her cosmetic nursing course through CPD Institute in Melbourne and since then has completed her post graduate certificate in Cosmetic Nursing at ACN. Estelle is passionate about her cosmetic nursing career and has completed advanced training overseas and in Australia.
Estelle mentors and guides the nurses at Juvenil Essence along with Alex to ensure professional standards are maintained and current.
Alex
Director
My name is Alex and I am one of two directors of Juvenil Essence.
Alex completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2012 and has experience in emergency and surgical nursing. She later completed further studies in cosmetic nursing in 2015 in which Juvenil Essence was born. Alex continued to build on her knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic aesthetics by attending training with world renowned cosmetic doctors and plastic surgeons both nationally and internationally.
In 2020, Alex completed a Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic nursing and is passionate about advanced dermal filler and anti-wrinkle treatments while mentoring the beautiful nurses at Juvenil Essence. Alex loves the natural approach to aesthetics and has a guilty pleasure in providing facial contouring treatments to restore a natural, fresh, and youthful appearance.
Ashlee
Practice Manager
Our bubbly practice manager Ashlee is here to welcome you into the clinic. With an extensive background in client management and customer service, Ashlee goes above and beyond to ensure your experience at Juvenil Essence is the best in the industry. Ashlee is currently studying a Bachelor of Business to ensure our business is running as smoothly and efficiently for all.
Customer satisfaction and experience is at the forefront of what we do at Juvenil Essence and if there is anything that you require outside of your appointment, Ashlee is your girl!
Claire
Nurse Injector
Claire started her career as a registered nurse in 2014 in a busy metropolitan hospital. Shortly after found her passion for cosmetic nursing and has worked across both fields for many years.
Claire prides herself on natural but noticeable results and finds it most rewarding watching her clients gain confidence as they leave looking and feeling their best.
Claire loves to learn and now is responsible for helping up-skill and mentor other nurses, ensuring clients receive the best and safest outcomes.
Shakira
Nurse Injector
Shakira is a Registered Nurse completing her studies in 2017 where she has worked as an emergency nurse. Shakira then went on to study cosmetic nursing where she has found her passion.
Shakira has a good attention to detail and likes to personalise all treatment plans to each client giving them they confidence they are looking for.
Chloe
Nurse Injector
Chloe is a registered nurse who graduated for Monash University in 2018. Since graduating, she has been working in the emergency and community health sector. Since completing her studies with CPD Institute Melbourne, Chloe has found her passion in cosmetic nursing and looks forward to her journey with Juvenil Essence.
Chloe is kind, friendly and empathetic and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of treatments and results for all her clients. Chloe loves to achieve a naturally refreshed appearance to boost client’s confidence.
Ashleigh
Nurse Injector
Ashleigh is a Registered Nurse at Juvenil Essence. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from The Australian Catholic University. She has had the opportunity to attend training and conferences by world renowned professionals in the industry and has previously been a cosmetic nurse mentor for nurses all around Australia!
She is passionate about client education, safety and creating confidence and her favourite treatments are the ones that make clients feel their absolute best. Whether it’s a sprinkle of anti-wrinkle or full-face contouring, it’s an honour to guide and support her beautiful clients on their cosmetic injecting journey!
Megan
Nurse Injector
Cosmetic nursing has always been a dream of Megan’s, and she is now living that dream here at Juvenil Essence. Megan completed her Advanced Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing after spending over a decade in multiple other nursing fields.
She is a personable and passionate person who strives for client satisfaction, and to improve client confidence.
Anti-wrinkle can have such a huge impact on self confidence, without making structural changes to the face, which is why Megan loves this treatment.
Casey
Nurse Injector
Casey has completed a Bachelor of nursing and Community Health in 2017 and further studies to a certificate in Cosmetic Nursing in 2021.
Casey has experience in Emergency, Surgical and Recovery in an acute hospital setting. Casey has continued to expand her skills and knowledge by attending training with renowned cosmetic specialists.
Casey in inspired by the enjoyment of transforming the self-esteem of others. The personal interaction with clients is a highlight of her work, and the relationships established as a result. She focuses on natural looking results, bringing out their beautiful assets so they can feel their best at any age.
Alicia

Alicia is a Registered Nurse with a background in Neonatal Care. Alicia always dreamed of becoming a Cosmetic Nurse Injector, now she is living her dream here at Juvenil Essence.
Alicia is passionate about making her clients feel their best, she loves enhancing their inner beauty with natural results.
